General Exterior

Built in side deck steps lead aft to the very large aft sundeck and from there a short ladder leads forward up to the full fly bridge (with large bimini and taunus cover). On the fly bridge there is seating for the helmsperson and four others. (With the taunus cover in place this is also a convenient place to store deck chairs and inflatable kayaks), It has a complete set of engine and steering controls, VHF radio and engine instruments.

At the stern a ladder takes you down to a convenient line-handling/dingy-launching deck (a 1990 and later aft-cabin versions innovation). Stainless steel davits with manually
operated block and tackle enable carrying most dingys. An OB engine cradle is mounted on the swim platform. A sea going modified cathedral bow entry hull with front deck bulwarks allow you to deal with most coastal water conditions. It has a substantial skeg and displaces about 18,000 lbs. This makes for a very stable but quick-to-plane hull.
